ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive an email notification within 1-2 days confirming that your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days via UPS Standard service or Amazon fulfillment service.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and shown to you during checkout.

We often provide shipping discounts alongside our product promotions, so please check our homepage for any current discount codes that might apply.


SHIPPING ZONE

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We are unable to ship outside of this area at this time. Orders with a delivery address outside of our service zone will be canceled.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we exclusively provide domestic shipping services within the continental United States. For business inquiries regarding high-volume purchases and international shipping arrangements, kindly reach out to our sales department.


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item in its original condition. Upon acceptance, a full refund of the order amount will be issued. Once a return request is submitted, we will review it and provide a shipping label. All returned items, including the packaging, must be in their original state. Any damage or scratching to the product or its packaging may affect the return process and could result in a partial, rather than full, refund.

Final sale items and gift card purchases are excluded from the return policy.


EXCHANGE, DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@funtechinnovation.com, providing your order number and a photo evidence of the item's condition. We evaluate these instances individually and will endeavor to find a satisfactory resolution. For a faster resolution, you can place a new order for the replacement item immediately. Meanwhile, the original damaged order will be processed according to our standard return procedure.
