Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy outlines the procedures for modifying or cancelling purchases of items offered in our store as pre-orders.

PRE-ORDERS

When you place a pre-order, you're securing a product that isn't currently in stock or ready for immediate shipping. The full payment will be processed at the time of checkout. Generally, we aim to fulfill pre-orders within three to four weeks. If we foresee any delays to this timeline, we will be sure to contact you. You have the option to cancel a paid pre-order as long as the item has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. Once the order has been delivered, a cancellation is no longer possible.
